Construction has recommenced on the Epicentre at Haverhill Research Park with the cladding now going on the steel frame following the COVID-19 lockdown.
The new innovation and business centre is adjacent to the Spirit of Enterprise roundabout on the A1307.
Nic Rumsey, managing director of developer Jaynic, said: “I am delighted that the cladding is now going up, clearly observing the government distancing advice, and we are still on course to complete the building this Autumn.
“The centre’s managers Oxford Innovation will be launching the website shortly and are looking forward to discussing terms with potential occupiers.”
Finance for the centre came through a £3.5 million loan by West Suffolk Council and £2.7 million of Local Growth Fund investment from the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority.
